Locs should be fully developed and matured.

Starting Locs

Starting Thee Journey, you need at least 3-8 inches of naturally grown hair. Hair will need to be relaxer and heat damage free. Coils should be naturally textured from root to end without relaxer, heat damage or color damage.

Preparation for Locs

In order to begin a successful Holistic Loc Journey,
Your natural coils should be 100% natural and free from damage that alters the curl pattern.

The Big Chop
Recommended to remove any damage or straight hair you currently have (a relaxer, straight hair, heat or color damage) that preventing your hair coiling from root to end.
